Shaw was not only a leader in his former workplace, but also a leader in the Shawnee community, resigning from the Board of the Shawnee Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Shawnee, Central Oklahoma Human Resources Association, and Youth and Family, Inc. He was formerly the Human Resources Director for /Firelake Enterprises in Shawnee, OK. Michael brings many years of Human Resource Management experience, as well as Casino experience.
